YOUR 4-STEP
RECYCLING JOURNEY

get started

Complete and submit the signup form. We’ll give you a call to welcome you and explain the process in detail.

fill it up

We’ll deliver your bin and/or starter bags to your doorstep. Simply fill your bags with recyclables – no sorting needed.

leave it out

Place your filled recycling bags in your Open Sky bin if you’ve opted for one, and leave your recyclables on the curb on collection day.

we sort the rest

Your recyclables are taken to our facility, where they’re sorted, prepared, and sent on for recycling and reuse.

  • Glass bottles and food jars
  • Soft drink bottles
  • Beer and wine bottles

CANS

  • Cooldrink and beverage cans
  • Food tins and canned food containers
  • Aerosol cans

OTHER

  • Electronic devices and small appliances
  • Large appliances such as fridges and dishwashers
  • (Please contact us in advance before recycling large appliances.)

  • Foam food trays (meat trays and polystyrene)
  • Takeaway containers
  • Disposable cutlery
  • Chip packets, sweet wrappers and foil-lined packaging


PAPER & CARDBOARD

  • Tissues and paper towels
  • Diapers / nappies
  • Paper with glue, paint or heavy residue


GLASS

  • Window glass
  • Shatterproof or safety glass
  • Glass panels and mirrors

CANS

  • Paint cans or chemical containers
  • Cans containing hazardous materials



OTHER

  • Items smaller than your palm
  • Toys and stuffed animals (please donate reusable toys where possible)
  • Dirty, wet or heavily soiled items

BI-MONTHLY/WEEKLY COLLECTION ONLY
